I had the pleasure of building a new brand identity and website for Southsource Advisors.
Southsource Advisors is a commercial real estate company looking to break the mold of the current CRE landscape, marketing themselves as a new generation of expertise. It was important that their brand identity stretch the bounds of the current market and stand out as an innovative force. The visual identity was created with elements that illuminate the processes of CRE.
LOGO
The logo mark consists of a compass and a “S” stamp. The compass represents the Southsource’s mission to help company’s find their space and make their mark.
SECONDARY ELEMENTS
The brand identity relies heavily on maps and marker elements. The accent colors for the brand act as highlighters throughout all brand applications, helping illuminate what is important about a new property and its location. It was important to create tools that would enable Southsource to showcase properties to potential tenants.
